If I could give 10 stars, I would!!! When you hire a company, you take a certain amount of risk but I can assure you that Coradi is the REAL deal--honest, quality work performed by an over the top dependable crew. From the initial estimate with Mark to the final walk-through, they were top notch! When they say they will be there, they are. When they give a timeline for completion of the project, it's done. All of the materials were ordered and delivered way ahead of schedule (Mosaic Tile is amazing as well!) so that they were all here and ready for the project's start date. With big remodeling jobs, things happen, but Coradi always worked to make it right for the customer. Their crews were delightful, respectful of our property and kind. At the end of each day, Allen went over the day's work and made sure to answer any of our questions. Jason checked with us throughout the project for decisions, big and small and never hesitated to answer any questions. We were part of the team throughout. If you text or call, they answer every time which is a rarity these days. The final product is more than we ever could have imagined. We feel like we're in a spa or a high-end hotel every day now thanks to Coradi Contracting!

I highly recommend Coradi Contractors. I had a fairly complex gut and remodel of my entire master bedroom suite, which included vaulting the ceiling, closing off a small bedroom to create a dressing room and a new spa master bath. The results are spectacular! The whole Coradi team was courteous, on time and skilled. Once they began the project, I felt like my home was their focus. Different teams for various parts of the project arrived, insuring that the most skilled artisans were present for each phase. Project manager, Jason, was a dream to work with. I usually only tell people who I would never use again. I am happy to break that cycle and whole heartedly recommend Coradi to my friends looking to do a renovation in their home.

We could not be more pleased with our decision to use Coradi Contracting. A neighbor had used them and gave a great recommendation. We had a major remodel of our 30-year-old master bathroom (everything down to the studs). The entire process happened exactly as they said it would. Every person that worked on our home was amazing. I have been trying to update my shoebox of a bathroom for a total of 9 years (yes nine). I was finally ready to do it January 2020 and some minor world events stopped me once again. FINALLY in early 2023 i secured the finance and was ready to get some quotes from local contractors and Coradi simply came out on top. While some people looked at my tiny miniscule shower and toilet and saw a waste of time, Coradi Contracting was very open minded and very upfront of what they could do. They gave me quotes and prices, told me who their suppliers were and we moved at a steady pace. the results are amazing, I can do a cartwheel in my new bathroom and it is exactly what i had in mind. I am very happy with the results and everything came out wonderful. They are also very respectful of the property and worked reasonable hours not to disturb family dynamics. I would recommend Coradi Contracting for your new bathroom do not wait like i did.

Coradi just completed a total remodel of our primary bathroom. The finished bathroom is absolutely beautiful and most importantly functional in a way that it was not before.The completed work exceeded our expectations. Our new bathroom and fireplace surround provided by Coradi Contracting exceeded our expectations. Throughout the entire process, we felt comfortable and informed about what the stages of the remodel would entail and when we could expect each of those stages to be accomplished. Working with Derek and Jason on the proposal was a very easy process. Andrea at Mosaic Tile was very patient in helping us choose the tile and stone and even provided plenty of samples for us to take home to help us envision the final product. The installation team was dynamic. They were very friendly and efficient, respecting our house and leaving it clean and tidy at the end of each workday. I had no reservations having them in my home while we were away knowing that they could be trusted. Again, a “Thank you very much” to the entire installation team and a special shout out to Ryan, the tile guru, who created the masterpiece of stone and tile.

We wanted to 'brighten up' and change the layout of our guest bathroom. As you can see from the pictures, we replaced all the tile floors and bathtub with a new layout. Coradi Contracting started and finished on the time schedule they laid out. I have to say, everyday before they left, they confirmed with either me or my wife the starting time to expect for the next day, as well as communicated different phases of the project they were at. The 2 take aways I would give someone, is, first, the work is performed at a high skill level, and secondly, their communications with us was great. I will use them again for our next bathroom remodel project.

It is my pleasure to leave this review for Coradi Contractor’s. This was my first time having a renovation done and I highly recommend using Coradi. We had at least 4 Contractors come to our home and Coradi was the fifth to come and give us an estimate. After many hours spent with the other companies it only took 10 minutes for my husband and I to know that we were going to hire Coradi. Derek explained everything that would be done and answered all our questions and included everything in his plan and budget for us.The renovation started July 31st and in less than 3 weeks we had a beautiful bathroom. We added several jobs(painting and installing an led mirror and light fixtures)which they did with no problem.The first day was demo day with Bruce,CJ and Kelly. The tiles were done afterward by Ryan and Nate. Dale worked several days too and Jason also assisted him on a very hot day. Dale and Jason were the project managers.All of them worked hard and made this project very easy for us. This was such a great experience from the beginning to end. On a 1 to 5 scale I would give them a 10. That gives you an idea of how great Coradi and their staff are.

It has taken a little to write this review because the wife and I are still trying to grasp how to even appreciate how nice and what an upgrade is from our previous shower tub. Highly recommend them for tile shower renovation. The entire process was simple. Mike came and gave us an estimate/tile selection (~30 mins), we got the contract the next day, did the deposit and they showed up on scheduled day and in 5 days our full tile shower was complete. They accommodated requests for a bar for my mother for ease to get in and out of the shower. They cleaned up well and did an excellent job at the work they did and respecting our space.

All of their employees are extremely professional, punctual, knowledgeable, accommodating and take great pride in their work. We were kept up to date on the Builder Trend app regarding all aspects of our remodel. Our questions and concerns were taken very seriously and answered quickly and professionally. Our timeline had to be extended a week from the original timeline given to us, but the delay was beyond anyone’s control and the end product was definitely worth the extra couple days delay. I would highly recommend Coradi for any renovation and when we’re ready for our next project, will definitely be calling them!! Excellent company! They recently completed our dream kitchen remodel and we could not be happier. Our job was a pretty extensive job where walls and pantries removed to open up our Floorplan. Complete replacement of cabinets, counters, island, lighting just to name a few. Coradi also did our master bathroom remodel last year. This company does fine work and they make it very easy as the customer. They are very professional. All of the employees were amazing. If you are looking to update your home, do yourself a favor and look into Coradi. You will not be disappointed.

The staff is tremendously helpful and knowledgeable. One of the supervisors, Dell strongly encouraged us to make a different decision in the vanity we choose and boy did that pay off. We really appreciate him for lending his expertise on how that small change would make a really big difference.Now, when it was remodel time, we were blessed with Coradi gold! Justin, Mr. C.J, and Neil were absolutely incredible. Justin is a such a hard worker and really has a goal of getting your project done right and on time. He’s punctual and very quiet. I operate a family day school and his work style didn’t disrupt any part of our day. The entire crew worked really hard to meet the deadline on our bathroom. We uncovered a problem behind our wall that would have naturally set back our projected completion time. I was prepared to have a few days added on but, Neil the supervisor showed up not to just check on the progress but also to work. Can you believe that? A supervisor that gets his hands dirty. He stayed on site the entire day working alongside the crew and needless to say our project was done on time. Neil kept a high standard and made sure to check in with us throughout the project and even afterwards to ensure not only quality service but a quality experience. We are beyond happy with the end results!If I had to give some additional feedback, I would say it would have been nice if we could’ve had the same crew from start to finish but even that wasn’t a big deal.I will recommend Coradi to everyone!

Coradi did an excellent job renovating our two 40-year-old bathrooms. Their crews: CJ and AG; and Matt and Andy were on site every day through the 3-week process. They were professional, polite and friendly. Communications were excellent - they kept us apprised of progress and gave us good advice on many aspects of the project. Their work was outstanding - "fit and finish" is excellent and the paid attention to even the smallest details. The outcome far exceeds our expectations. We plan to use Coradi for future renovations and highly recommend them to anyone interested in high quality work at a fair price.

My remodeled master bath is sick!! I love it so much. This is exactly the kind of pampering I needed. These guys are not going to do everything in a day or with super cheap material, but the end result is far superior. Even the shower glass guy was asking who my contractor was because everything was perfectly level when he was measuring. If you want a quick, budget job...this ain't it. If you want a spectacular result that will 'wow' you and any potential future buyers of your house. These are the guys. Great investment that I will enjoy for years and adds value to my home. Thanks!

We couldn’t be happier with the work Coradi completed on our primary and hall bathrooms. They were able to complete both projects at the same time and on schedule. Derek helped us design each bathroom and the team gave us the budget and tools to complete wonderful bathrooms. The way Alan, Courtney, and team helped you work through the project made it easy to coordinate with the excellent vendors to pick out all the materials. We were able to plan and design two bathrooms that worked beautifully for our home and budget. The remodel teams of Russ and Brian and John and Richard were great! Coradi did a fabulous job renovating our three (full) bathrooms from demo to completion. We selected Coradi after considering several companies, because they have estiblished and connected business processes (i.e. design, finance, mangement and construction), an assigned crew lead by a project and program manager. The workmanship was performed by skilled craftsmen with great attension to detail. We've lived Virginia Beach for 20+ years and locating reputable and competent contractors is not an easy task. Bottomline - we will hire them again for our next renovation. You may find a contractor as good as Coradi but not one better....

When we began looking into redoing our bathroom, every friend or family member that had ever done so would not recommend their contractor. We landed on Coradi through a google search, read their reviews, had them out, and thankfully decided to move forward with them. The experience was seamless. They did everything exactly how and when they said they would. They were punctual daily, worked through the day, and meticulously cleaned up at each days conclusion. Everyone we worked with…from designers to our work crew…was professional, friendly, and detail-oriented. I enthusiastically recommend Coradi to anyone and can’t wait to have them back out to update more of our 80s bathrooms!

I had a couple other companies come out and do a quote for a tub to shower conversion. After a whole bunch of high pressure sales pitches and “today only” and all that they both wanted over $15,000 for the most basic, plain, white, drop in modular POS shower that you could get at any big box store. They hyped it up that it would all be done in one day, easy peasy, which initially was appealing to me because I only have one bathroom. After thinking about it, and having done a similar renovation myself in my younger days, that did not seem like a great idea to me. It did not seem like thorough, careful work. I saw Coradi Contracting’s website and holy moly they are super high end and I knew I could never afford anything like that, but I figured they really did top tier work, so I called them just to see if they could recommend anybody to do the type of smaller, cheaper job that I was looking for. I was stunned to find out that they offer a tub to shower conversion that is actual real TILE top to bottom for $14,000. They call it their “one week shower”. Includes a Schluter waterproofing system. I couldn’t believe it. I had them come out and do it and they were two of the most lovely young men who came out and spent a week in our home. They were meticulous, they were so careful and thorough about everything to the point of putting all of their things away and vacuuming the path from the front door to the bathroom when they left each afternoon, it looked like they had never been there. The shower is absolutely gorgeous. I cannot recommend Coradi contracting more highly. They were absolutely outstanding.

Coradi just finished total remake of master bath…total demo, including removal of 80’s jacuzzi tub. Extensive tile work with floor and walk-in shower, lots of plumbing and electrical to accommodate placement of new fixtures, heated floor, carpentry and painting. Couldn’t have asked for better result….and they finished almost 4 days ahead of schedule. Brian and Trevor, the principals on-site, were skilled, industrious, personable pros! There was absolutely no wasted time! Schedule was well-planned and perfectly executed. They took great care to ensure that we were aware of options for the tiniest of details. Consistent adherence to high standards of cleanliness and surface protection in project work areas.Coradi has a proven plan for executing complex projects. From initial contact and design help with Derek, the material selection phase with Courtney, and the on-site execution by Brian and Trevor, there was clearly a practiced integration of resources aimed at providing a quality product with customer satisfaction. There’s often homeowner trepidation when undertaking a project like this, but with Coradi your concerns should diminish.

We interviewed a "few" contractors for our (guest) bath remodel. The bids were quite varied, but all seemed to spend a rather short time reviewing the physical bathroom and our needs. Coradi was quite different. They actually took time to review the structure, our needs (or wants) and even had suggestions the others had not. Due to this thoughtfulness, we opted for their services.They made our selection process great (without being overwhelming) lining us up efficiently with their subs and vendors. They actually started work ahead of predicted schedule (they asked us first). The workers were, efficient, clean and knowledgeable (I have completed a few of these style projects myself). They also kept great logs of the progress on their App (Buildertrend), where we could review all tasks pics at our convenience.BUT... most importantly, my wife was very thrilled with both their professionalism and the completed work.

Coradi really is the best in the business. They were able to take our old, broken bath fitter tub and turn it into a beautiful shower that we truly enjoy using!
